Dynasty Staging offers two primary services, Staging and Interior Redesign.
Fees are determined following a consultation and are based on project size and timeline. We always work to ensure that our clients’ goals are met within their budget. Half of your consultation fee will be applied to the balance of the project.

Staging

Staging is the process of effectively preparing a home for sale. It is a powerful marketing tool that is proven to increase the speed of the sales cycle and increase the selling price of the home. Staging is beyond decorating. It is knowing what will appeal to a broad audience of potential buyers and using that knowledge to create each room as an “advertisement” for the home.

Staging depersonalizes the home so that potential buyers have a positive emotional reaction allowing them to envision themselves living in the home. Dynasty Staging creates the setting that frees the buyers to believe “This is it! This is my new home!”

Interior Redesign

Interior redesign is the process of refreshing a home to create a better living space. By primarily using the furnishings and accessories already in the home, the home is re-decorated to improve the function and the aesthetics of each room.

Think of redesign as a cost-effective, green-conscious, magical process that creates an improved living environment that families can enjoy for years to come. Often times, the clients of Dynasty Staging will say, “I can’t believe my home could look and feel so good.”
